24-Hour Call Center

LT operates a round the clock support services to all our Travelers through a fully equipped 24 Hour Call Centre. This is a facility is fully owned and operated by LT and serves as the key contact point for our passengers whenever they are on travel and require assistance of any kind.

The staff is a team of travel experts who have a minimum industry experience of 5 years. This essentially implies that we are able to handle all emergencies. The Call centre has assisted most of our Travelers in lost luggage claims, emergency ticketing, ticket re-issues and trip re-routing as well as all matters relating to travel that would require local assistance.
